BD/Business Analysis

Start-up biotech founded by seasoned returnee executives, focusing on discovery, development of antibody and related products

Support partnership establishment with global and domestic biopharma companies

Update/analyze competitive information on target, product, TA, company in antibody/ADC areas, including latest development, financing and BD deals

Build potential partnership system, support systemic outreach and relationship building with partner candidates (domestic/global)

Coordinate with internal R&D team on pipeline development, support discovery strategy development and project initiation

Support financing and shareholder interactions, including updating BP and other documents

Manage due diligence (in/out licensing), support deal structuring and execution

BD opportunity evaluation, support due diligence and negotiation

Background

Master/Ph.D in Biology, medicine and related fields

More than 5 years of experience in R&D, investment, consulting, or banking (MNC preferred)

Experience in primary and secondary research on assets, targets, companies, data analysis on pipeline/deals with commercial databases

Advanced Excel and PPT skills

Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

支持公司商业计划更新, 融资以及和现有股东沟通

BD项目评估, 支持项目尽调和谈判

任职要求：

硕士以上与生物/医学相关学历

5年以上药物研发、咨询，投行，投资经验，有肿瘤、抗体治疗领域, 外企经验者优先；

英语六级优先，英文口语流利和书面沟通能力强

对靶点，产品，公司数据/信息有很强的研究，分析、表达能力，熟悉数据库使用

PPT, Excel 熟练程度高
